After a long-running saga, Argentinian midfielder Esteban Cambiasso is finally a Leicester City player…
The midfielder, who has won a wheelbarrow full of trophies at Inter Milan over the last decade, has signed a one year deal bringing him to the King Power Stadium.
Although Cuchu – his once ironic nickname meaning ‘old man’ – is now 34, he should still be able to cope with Premier League football, as a tough defensive midfielder who weighs in with his share of goals. When he player under Jose Mourinho at the San Siro he was described as: “The heartbeat of the Inter side that have become the dominant force in Italian football.”
