Mills Completes Move to Bolton

Matt Mills, the embodiment of the hugely disappointing 2011-12 season, has signed a three year deal with Bolton Wanders…

After an interrupted series of negotiations Mills has finally put pen to paper in a deal thought to be worth £2M.
Sven Goran Eriksson brought him to the KPS last summer for a hefty price tag of £5M that he didn’t live up to.  Awarded the captaincy, the former Reading defender was booked 7 times and dismissed twice in his 31 appearances.
When Nigel Pearson replaced Sven, there was clearly a fall out between boss and skipper with Mills not appearing in the side after mid-February and training with the reserves.

Lee Peltier is thought to be the next player out of the KPS revolving door, with Leeds keen to bring him to Elland Road in a £350,000 deal.

Nigel Pearson is said to be pursuing James Chester and Robert Koren of Hull City, but Tigers boss Steve Bruce says there has been no contact as yet.
